Before You Begin
Give yourself five uninterrupted minutes in a quiet, safe space.
Lie flat on your back on the floor or a firm surface where your body can be fully supported.
Allow your arms to rest comfortably at your sides and your legs to fall naturally.
Adjust your position as needed so you feel stable and at ease.
This practice will guide you through breathwork using deep inhales through your nose and longer exhales through your mouth.
You will also be guided through a simple visualization exercise.
If at any point you feel discomfort, return to a natural breathing rhythm and pause as needed.
For the best experience, use headphones and allow yourself to fully follow the guidance without distraction.
