The Corridor is not about forcing outcomes or achieving perfection.
Progress here is measured by regulation, clarity, and consistency.

You are making progress if you notice:

  • fewer emotional spirals or shorter recovery time

  • slower, more deliberate reactions

  • clearer decision-making with less second-guessing

  • reduced urgency and pressure to “fix everything”

  • improved follow-through on small, steady actions

You may also notice:

  • less overthinking

  • fewer impulsive decisions

  • more confidence in holding boundaries

  • increased trust in your ability to self-correct

Progress does not require constant calm, motivation, or certainty.

Progress in The Corridor is measured by regulation and consistency, not perfection or external outcomes.

If you are slowing down, stabilizing, and choosing more cleanly, the process is working.
